About us

Who we are

Muslim Voice is a non-profit student organization at the George Washington University. We exist to encourage and enable Muslims with a grounding in Islam to contribute — individually and together — to a deeper understanding of our faith, and to represent its values and teachings with sincerity and care.

We believe in pursuing meaningful interfaith dialogue and faith-based civic engagement with our broader community — meeting people where they are, listening well, and building bridges in the best manner.

Our goal

Community first

At our heart, our goal is simple: community-based activities and community engagement. We come together to serve, to connect, and to make our campus and our city a warmer, more understanding place — through events, service, and conversation that bring people closer rather than further apart.

In practice
